Refund Policy

Overview

ConTechFinder sells directory listings to software companies. Because our listings are digital deliverables that are prepared and published manually, our refund policy is based on whether work has already been completed.

Refund Eligibility

  • Full refund: If your listing has not yet been published, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment. Contact us via our Contact page with your order details.
  • No refund: Once your listing is live on ConTechFinder, all sales are final. The listing and its associated dofollow backlink remain active and the deliverable has been fulfilled.
  • Rejected listings: If we reject your submission prior to publication (at our discretion), a full refund is issued automatically.

How to Request a Refund

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled directly through Paddle — you can contact Paddle support via the receipt email you received at the time of purchase. Approved refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.
