1. About ConTechFinder

ConTechFinder is a curated online directory of construction software tools, operated by MC Tools (Michael Cardin), a sole proprietorship. By accessing or using contechfinder.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. What We Sell

ConTechFinder sells directory listings to software companies. Paid listings include a dofollow backlink to the buyer's website, priority placement within the relevant software category, and additional promotional features depending on the selected tier. Listing tiers and their deliverables are described on our Pricing page.

3. Payments

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, receipts, and all applicable sales tax and VAT on our behalf. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service. All paid listing fees are one-time charges unless otherwise stated.

4. Listing Approval

All submitted listings are subject to review. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings for products that are deceptive, harmful, illegal, or otherwise inconsistent with the purpose of ConTechFinder. If a paid listing is rejected prior to publication, a full refund will be issued.

5. Listing Content

By submitting a listing, you represent that you have the right to use all submitted content (names, descriptions, logos, screenshots) and that the information is accurate. You grant ConTechFinder a non-exclusive license to display this content as part of the directory.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ConTechFinder is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any listing or content on the site. We are not responsible for the products, services, or websites of any listed software companies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MC Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ConTechFinder or any listed product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your listing.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of ConTechFinder after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
