AOS is construction software that keeps project management, pay apps, accounting, field paperwork, closeout, and subcontractors on one shared record, instead of five tools that don't talk to each other. It's built for general contractors first, with views for owners, subcontractors, architects, and residential builders on the same job.The GC bundle covers drawings, RFIs, submittals, daily logs, punch lists, change events and change orders, CPM schedules with slip alerts, pay apps with retainage and stored materials, GL and AP with 3-way match, subcontracts with a sub portal, and a closeout binder built as the job runs. Each customer's data lives in its own separate database.AOS is in open beta at a flat $500 per month for GCs and subs, with no per-user fees during beta and no percentage of construction volume. Founding rates are locked through July 2028. Teams can start on one active project, with help importing from spreadsheets, Procore project archives, QuickBooks, Sage 300, Foundation, or Vista.
