InEight Document

InEight Document is construction document control software built for the complex, regulated capital projects. It serves owners, EPCs, and contractors on large, capital-intensive work across mining, nuclear, oil, gas, and chemical, power and renewables, transportation, and water.

Teams are able to centralize project information in a multi-level filing system with public and private folders, then configure and automate their own workflows for distributions, transmittals, RFIs, submittals, and approvals. An open API and modular architecture connect it to ERPs and the wider InEight Platform. Enhanced bulk upload combines file upload and metadata entry in one step, and a single document can carry multiple file formats at the same revision and status.

Every action is recorded at the user level and cannot be deleted, which makes the record defensible in audits or disputes. Granular role-based permissions control who can view, edit, or share each document, with encryption in transit and at rest and support for standards such as ISO and GDPR. InEight Document holds FedRAMP authorization in the US and an IRAP assessment at the Protected level in Australia, so it fits high-security, regulated programs.
