PaidReady is certified payroll software for contractors working on federally funded construction. It does not run payroll. You keep QuickBooks, ADP, Gusto or Paychex, export the week as you already do, and PaidReady turns that export into a checked, signed WH-347.ReadyCheck compares every line to the wage determination in force for that project and that week: classification against the determination, hours over 40 at time and a half across all projects, and whether base pay plus the fringe credit actually reaches the required rate. Findings appear before you sign, with the arithmetic shown, rather than coming back as a rejection from the prime two weeks later.The signed report keeps its audit history, including which determination and modification were used and a Certificate of Completion. Federal WH-347 is supported in every state. The California DIR eCPR export is in beta.
