PLOT replaces the procurement log spreadsheet with a live system that synchronizes material deadlines with your CPM schedule. Connect Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Procore, and PLOT reads your schedule activities to set Required On Site dates for each material line. From there, submittal, approval, and order deadlines are determined by the durations you configure - lead times, review cycles, order windows. Trades get automated weekly check-ins and update lead times and ship dates from their phone without logging in.

On the delivery side, PLOT is a site resource reservation system for busy jobsites. Subcontractors book gates, cranes, hoists, and laydown areas through a public portal or mobile app - no account required. The system enforces GC-defined rules automatically, prevents double-bookings, and sends drivers turn-by-turn directions to their specific drop-off.

A Jobsite Command TV display in the trailer keeps the full site on the same schedule without anyone managing it manually.
