SmartBarrel is construction time tracking software built for specialty contractors and self-perform general contractors running crews across multiple jobsites. Workers clock in at the weatherproof TimeClock 4.0 or on the Kiosk and Personal apps using biometric facial verification. The system self-learns each worker, so there is no photoshoot, and workers without phones can register their own fobs. Built-in LTE means verified hours reach the dashboard in real time, not when WiFi returns. Foremen approve pre-filled timesheets and assign cost codes, and verified data flows to payroll, job costing and platforms including Procore, CMiC, Viewpoint Vista and PowerBI.
