Ncored

Ncored is a fast desktop PDF editor for large CAD and construction drawings on Windows and Mac. It stays smooth on scroll, zoom and pan across AutoCAD, Revit and ArchiCAD exports and project sets of 50-200 MB and beyond, where general PDF tools start to lag. Ncored runs locally on your own machine, and markup saves back as a standard PDF that Acrobat, Bluebeam or Preview can open. It is made for architects, structural and civil engineers, and construction teams.

It was made by a practising architect at Noir architects in Vilnius who hit that wall on real projects: when Bluebeam left the Mac, nothing else stayed fast on heavy drawings.
